Bimal K. Nanda is the Group Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He is a associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a associate member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has been associated with our Company since 2013. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Entertainment World Developers Limited and Sahara One Media and Entertainment Limited.
