Mr. Boman R. Irani is the Chairman and Managing Director of Rustomjee Group, and is the driving force behind the success story of the Real Estate brand ‘Rustomjee’.

Mr.Irani is a first generation real estate developer and an entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience and knowledge of the industry. He has coupled business acumen with international exposure to put to use powerful and very successful strategies.

Having founded the Rustomjee Group in 1996, the Company has evolved as one of the most sought after and respected real estate company in Mumbai. It was also one of the first real estate firms to receive an ISO 9001 certification in 2001 and have now upgraded to ISO 9001:2008.

Under his leadership and guidance, Rustomjee has earned the distinction of a respected corporate and a well-known brand in an extremely short span of time. The group has a development portfolio that includes 16.6 million square feet of completed projects; 10.9 million square feet of ongoing development, with another 22 million square feet of planned development in the pipeline, spanning across the best locations of Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) with a sound track record of sustained growth, customer satisfaction and innovation.

Mr. Irani is the Vice President of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) that represents 11,500 real estate developers across India to make the industry more organized and progressive by networking closely with government representatives and policy makers. Mr. Chandresh D. Mehta Director, at Rustomjee

Mr. Chandresh Mehta, Director, Rustomjee Group has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Brand, ‘Rustomjee’. He is an Electrical engineer by training from ITBHU, Varanasi and has done an MBA from Xavier's Institute of Management (Bhubaneswar).

Mr Mehta is a first generation real estate developer and an entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience and knowledge of the industry. He has coupled business acumen with international exposure to put to use powerful and very successful strategies. He principally overlooks operations that include Construction, Contracts & Purchase, along with P&L responsibilities of some of the major projects in the Rustomjee portfolio. He also leads the redevelopment initiative for the Group. Under Mr. Mehta’s able leadership, Rustomjee has carved a niche for itself in the ever-growing real estate sector, with a portfolio that includes 16.6 million square feet of completed projects; 10.9 million square feet of ongoing development, with another 22 million square feet of planned development in the pipeline, spanning across the best locations of Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Mr. Percy S. Chowdhry Director, at Rustomjee

Mr. Percy Chowdhry, Director, Rustomjee Group is a leading driving force behind the brand “Rustomjeeâ€. Mr. Chowdhry currently heads the company’s Sales, Marketing and HR functions and also assumes the P&L accountability for various projects of the Group. Mr. Chowdhry has led from the front since the time he joined hands with his brother Mr. Boman Irani, to spear head the real estate business in the year 2000. The Group has continued its growth chart since inception and now has operations in Mumbai, Thane, Virar and Nagpur. With a sound track record of sustained growth, customer satisfaction, and innovation, Rustomjee has constructed and delivered more than 3.1 million sq. ft. of development through a number of residential projects, townships and impressive commercial spaces in and around Mumbai and has been ranked among the best developers in Mumbai.

Mr. Chowdhry, through his rigor and accumulated experience up till this point, made sure that the Group surpassed various milestones in a short span of time. He was instrumental in launching a slew of high-end, industry benchmarked HR processes which were then ‘alien’ to the Real Estate Industry at large at the time of their introduction. The project also includes an international school, healthcare facilities with global expertise, lifestyle enhanced amenities & public areas for recreation such as parks, fountains, etc. Percy’s leadership has ensured that while striving for bottom lines, cultural and corporate social values have also been a priority and all stakeholders receive maximum value from their partnership/relationship with Rustomjee. Within the industry, Percy is now a reputed stalwart, who has been a speaker at industry events, proliferating the issues along with the achievements of the industry and its stakeholders.

His illustrious career has been shaped by some of the largest organizations from around the world. An assignment early in his career was with Dunlop India as their Area Sales Manager. He followed this with a successful stint of 5 years with Coca Cola, as their Franchisee Manager and later as Head of Sales for Gujarat and Mumbai regions (which are two of the biggest markets for beverages in India).

Percy is a graduate in Commerce and has always been a continuous learner. The innumerable courses / seminars / symposia that he attended also included the prestigious leadership course at the Harvard Business School; proclaim evidence to this thirst for knowledge, which he also enjoys imparting to those he leads.
