• All edges of stone counters splayed / rounded to avoid injury
• Low VOC emission paint used for health reasons
• We provide reflective glass in windows for better cooling in the flat for comfort reasons
• We give magnetic door catchers to stop door shutters in one place & avoid accidents of damaging kids fingers
• we provide locks to doors inside the flats which can be opened from outside using a key so that children dont get trapped inside any room / toilet even by mistake
• We provide 4ft high railing with safe designs which do not enable the kids to lean out or climb up, thus avoiding hazards
• We provide staircases which do not have central wells which might pose as a risk to life of kids
• We try & provide some traffic free zones where children can play & move freely
• We provide CC TV coverage of the complete campus on the security console to help security guys react instantly to emergencies
• We provide child safe switches & ELCB devices
• We use EPDM mats in kids play area which acts as a safeguard for kids when they fall from the play equipments (Sand pits are no longer used)
• We provide anti-skid flooring tiles in wet area like kitchen, toilets & balconies, so people do not slip & fall
